1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Order Placement & Payment

Customers can place orders using various methods provided on the site. Once payment is completed, your order will be processed. If cancelled after payment, refund will be done within 12 hours.

We use secure gateways like Razorpay, PayPal, Card Payments, Bank Transfer, and COD.

ग्राहक वेबसाइट पर दिए गए विभिन्न तरीकों से ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं। भुगतान हो जाने के बाद, ऑर्डर प्रक्रिया में जाएगा। अगर भुगतान के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द किया जाता है, तो 12 घंटे में रिफंड किया जाएगा। हम Razorpay, PayPal, कार्ड, बैंक और कैश ऑन डिलीवरी जैसे सुरक्षित पेमेंट गेटवे का उपयोग करते हैं।

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping at no extra cost. If cancelled after shipping or pickup, ₹80 will be deducted for reverse logistics.

शिपिंग से पहले ऑर्डर को मुफ्त में रद्द किया जा सकता है। लेकिन अगर ऑर्डर को शिपिंग या डिलीवरी पिकअप के बाद रद्द किया जाता है, तो ₹80 की कटौती की जाएगी, जो रिवर्स डिलीवरी खर्च को कवर करती है।

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and logos belong to Anivya Creations. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
